How to Approve a Booking Request

The ability to approve your customers' booking requests can help you avoid double booking, have control on how many customers you can cater in a day and you will be able to evaluate each request and choose whether to accept it or not.

Steps:

  1. Log in to GoReminders and click on Booking.

  2. Under Booking Requests, you should see the names of the customers who submitted a request to set an appointment.

  3. Click on a customer's name. You should now see the date/s and time they requested.

  4. Choose your preferred timeslot.

  5. Click "Confirm". You have now selected the time that works best for you.

6. Select a template or message sequence to remind your customers about their upcoming appointment.

7. Hit Save.
