GoReminders appointments can show up in your regular calendar – iPhone & iPad calendar, Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook and more. Follow these steps to get started with the Calendar Integration.
Go to Settings > Calendar.
Click “Authorize” under the external calendar that you want to connect to.
Scroll down to ‘Calendar Display Options’ to control what to include in the calendar events we send to your external calendar.
Note: The customer name, appointment location, service type, and staff name will always be included.
If you're using Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, the calendars will sync immediately. Other calendars, such as iCal may take longer depending on how often the application updates.
Appointments must be entered and edited within GoReminders first in order to appear on an external calendar. GoReminders does not pull information from external calendars, such as existing appointments that were entered into the external calendar.
