Connecting your GoReminders appointments to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar is simple! Check out the instructions below that explain how to connect GoReminders with Microsoft Outlook, as well as other helpful tips for viewing your appointments, sharing your GoReminders calendar from your Microsoft Outlook Calendar and more.

How to Connect GoReminders with a Microsoft Outlook Calendar:

  1. Go to the Calendar Settings page.

  2. Under the Microsoft Calendar option, click the orange Authorize button.

  3. You will be prompted to select the email account associated with the Microsoft Calendar. Select the account.

  4. You will be taken back to the GoReminders Calendar Settings Page. A banner will appear at the top of the screen that will say: Your account has been authorized. Your appointments will appear shortly in your Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

To View Your GoReminders Appointments within the Microsoft Outlook Calendar:

  1. Within your Microsoft Outlook email account, select the calendar icon found on the upper left side of the screen.

  2. Under the My Calendars list, GoReminders Calendar should be selected.

  3. All of your GoReminders appointments will now appear on your Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

    Note: To adjust the color assigned to your GoReminders appointments and how the appointments will appear on the Microsoft Outlook Calendar, select the 3-dots next the GoReminders calendar found under My Calendars list.

How to Share Your GoReminders calendar from your Microsoft Outlook Calendar Account:

Is there someone else that might need to see all of the appointments on your GoReminders calendar? If you'd like to share your GoReminders calendar with someone within your organization, you can!

Note: Whoever you share a GoReminders calendar with from your Microsoft Outlook Cal will see all of the appointments on that calendar.

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Outlook account.

  2. Click the calendar icon on the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Under the My Calendars list, find your GoReminders calendar.

  4. Within the list, to the right of the GoReminders calendar click the 3-dots.

  5. Click Sharing and Permissions.

  6. Enter the email address or contact name you would like to share your calendar with.

To adjust your Calendar Display Options:

These options control what to include in the calendar events we send to the integrations above. The customer name, appointment location, service type, and staff name will always be included.

  1. Go to the Calendar Connect Settings page and scroll down to the Calendar Display options.

  2. Select the information that you would like to include on your external calendar when viewing your GoReminders appointments.

  3. Press save.

Helpful tips for viewing your GoReminders appointments within your Microsoft Outlook Calendar:

  • In the Month view, hover the cursor over the appointment in question and the details of the appointment will appear.

  • In the Day view, all of the details of the appointment will appear horizontally.

  • In the Week view, you can drag and expand the appointment to view all of the appointment details clearly.
