How long is the free trial?

The free trial is 14 days. No credit card is needed to try GoReminders free for 2 weeks.

Do you offer yearly plans?

Yes! If you pay for a year upfront (optional) you will get 2 months free.

Do you have a setup fee?

Absolutely not. All plans are month to month with no contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden gimmicks. Cancel anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with any major credit or debit card.

How can I update my card info?

You can change the credit or debit card that you use to pay for GoReminders. To update your payment information, go to the Billing page in your GoReminders account.

Do you charge extra per message that is sent?

No. Our pricing is simple, we charge based on the monthly appointment limit. No extra charge even if you have multiple SMS reminders per appointment and even if people reply to the reminders.

What countries do you support?

United States, Canada, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and the Netherlands.
