Learn how each user in your GoReminders account can view their appointments only.

At GoReminders, we understand how important it is to stay organized and on top of your schedule. That's why we've enabled you to filter your Calendar and view your own appointments only.

You can view your appointments without seeing other people's appointments with just a few clicks. Here's how to do it:

Filter Your Appointments on GoReminders

  1. Log in to your GoReminders account and go to the Calendar page.

  2. Click on "Add a filter" on the top left of your screen.

  3. In the dropdown menu, select "Staff".

  4. Choose your name in the staff member dropdown menu. Your calendar will now only display the appointments that are assigned to you.

What's great is that the filter setting will be automatically saved, so the next time you visit the Calendar page, it will display your own appointments by default. This way, you don't have to filter your appointments every time.

This feature can also be used by other users and staff members who have access to your account. They can follow the same steps to view only their own appointments. Their filter setting will also be automatically saved in their log-in.

With these easy steps, you can eliminate confusion with other staff members' appointments.
