How it works
When you create an appointment, you have the option to set a Price for the appointment. This will generate a unique payment link that you can send to your customer. The link will allow them to pay the price you have set, and you can even include tax if needed.
To start using payments, click Set up Payment Processing in the 'Price' field on the New Appointment page. This will allow you to receive payments directly to your preferred payout method based on the schedule that you set up.
Adding the Pay Link to reminder messages
You can automatically add “Please pay here: ” followed by the pay link to reminder messages for appointments that have a Price set. The wording is customizable under the Reminder Payment Link Options section on Settings > Reminders.
The payment link will be added to your reminder automatically so your customers can pay in one click. The pay link will only appear in the reminders if the payment has not been made at the time the reminder is sent.
Tracking payment status
You can see the payment status of all your appointments in the Calendar tab. You can also filter the Calendar to show unpaid appointments, making it easier to keep track of payments.
Viewing payment requests
There is a new Payment Requests section under the 'More' tab that shows you all of your payment requests. This is a convenient way to keep track of all your payments in one place. You can also view payment requests for a specific customer by clicking on their name in various links throughout the app.
Setting default prices
To save time, you can set a default appointment price under Settings > Payments. This means that the New Appointment form will automatically default to that price, so you don't have to enter it every time. You can also set default prices for Services, and the price will update based on which service you select when creating an appointment.
Notifications for payments
Under Settings > Payments, you can set up notifications to be alerted when a customer pays you. Additionally, you can enter multiple email addresses if you want to notify more than one person when a customer makes a payment.
