Yes! Login to GoReminders and go to Settings to change your reminder message template. Add tags to your template to use Customer or Appointment information. For example, {{First Name}} will become Jane when sending a reminder to Jane Smith. Questions? Chat us by clicking the icon in the bottom right and we'll help!
