Confirmation and reschedule notices

How do you find out if your client confirmed, needs to reschedule, or canceled? Read on for more information on that.

You will see a yellow checkmark next to your appointment in GoReminders if your client has confirmed, a red exclamation mark if they need to reschedule, and a black exclamation mark if they cancel. Additionally, you can use the calendar filters to view appointments based on the appointment status. To do this, click on "Add a filter" in the upper left corner of the page in your GoReminders Calendar. Then choose "Appointment status" to choose from the dropdown menu as seen in the screenshot below.

Furthermore, you can have these notices sent to the staff member assigned to the appointment via email or text message through the settings on the Staff profile.

You can also be notified when there is a reply. Go to the Reminder settings page to choose if you'd like to be notified by text or email. Just look for the Notifications section near the bottom of the page.
