GoReminders allows you to send files and multimedia, including photos, to your customers directly through the platform. This feature is ideal for sharing important documents, images, and other multimedia that support your services or provide useful information to customers.
Uploading Files & Photos for Sharing
You can upload files and photos to either a specific appointment or customer profile, ensuring your files are easily accessible whenever needed. To share a file, you’ll create a public link that the customer can access.
Uploading Files and Photos to an Appointment
Go to the Calendar tab, select the appointment, and click on the Files/Photos section in the appointment details popup.
Use the upload option to add relevant files or photos directly to the appointment.
Uploading to Customer Profiles
For customer-related files that aren’t tied to a specific appointment, go to More > Customers, select the customer’s profile, and find the Files/Photos section.
Upload files like contracts or service records, making them easy to access and reference in the future.
Creating & Sharing File Links
For files or photos you’d like to share, GoReminders makes it easy to generate a shareable link directly from the file section.
Creating a Share Link
Go to any file in an appointment or customer profile.
Click the share icon, which generates a public link you can copy and send to your customer.
Adding Links to Messages
In the Messages tab, select the customer and click the "Add File Link" button.
Paste the link directly into the chat message, which sends the file in real time.
