If your appointments take place over a time frame or window of time, then we suggest you insert the start time and end time of your appointments using Template Tags. Additionally, you can even include your appointment length if you desire, into your message template and indicate how long the window of time is. You can set up multiple templates or services to swap out the time window if it varies.

Here are some examples of reminder template text you might find helpful using template tags found in your Reminder Settings:

"Your 2-hour appointment window starts at {{Time}}."

"Hello {{First Name}}! {{Staff name}} will be at your house between {{Time}} and {{End Time}} on {{Date}} for your {{Appt. Length}} appointment."
