If you need more information fields for your GoReminders appointment creation form and booking form or to have customized tags to be included in your reminder templates, you can do that!

To create your custom fields and tags, please do the following:

  1. Go to Settings > Customers.

  2. Enter up to 3 custom fields in the provided text boxes. 

  3. To have custom fields appear on your appointment creation form, your list of appointments, and booking form, make sure the checkboxes for Appointment Form, Appointments Tab, and Booking Form are checked. If this is not desired, make sure those checkboxes are unmarked.

  4. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page. 

The custom fields will now appear on the appointment creation form and booking form plus they will also be available tags for your reminder templates in Settings > Reminders.
