The Message Blasts feature is an add-on accessible to subscribers with Basic, Professional, and Scale plans. Currently, each add-on includes 250 message credits per month. Message Blasts do not count towards the monthly appointment limit of your account and cost 1 credit for each person added to the Message Blast (ie. a Message Blast with 20 clients would cost 20 credits).

These credits do not roll over to the next month. Our Legacy plans (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Enterprise) do not include any base credits. While in our previous pricing version’s Starter, Business, and Premium plans, the base credit amount matches the plan appointment limit.

If you run out of your base credits within a month, you can purchase Paid credits to help you send a Message Blast. Additional credits cost $10 for 250 credits. When you are creating a Message Blast, you will be prompted to buy more credits if more are needed to send out that blast.

Paid credits never expire. So if you have any left over at the end of a month you can use them next month, or anytime later in the future!
