The 2-Way SMS/Email Messaging feature allows you to text back and forth with clients without giving them your personal cell phone number. Respond to questions, send deposit requests, coordinate scheduling, and more.
2-way SMS/Email Messaging is an add-on feature to any of our plans and works with Message Credits. This add-on costs $5.00/month if paid monthly or $4.00/month if paid yearly which includes 250 message credits/month. Each message that is sent out, which can be a response message to a customer reply, or a new message created, counts as 1 message credit. These credits do not roll over to the next month. If you run out of your base message credits within a month, you can purchase paid credits to help you send messages using the 2-Way SMS/Email Messaging feature. Additional credits cost $10 for 250 credits. When you are creating a message, you will be prompted to buy more credits if more are needed.
Paid message credits never expire (this is separate form your appointment limit). So if you have any left over at the end of a month you can use them next month, or anytime later in the future! You can view how many credits you've used and how many are left on More > Usage Reports.
