Edit Existing Group Appointments

Here’s info on how to add/remove customers, change appointment Status for each customer, change the date/time of the appointment, and more.

Group appointments can be edited just like other appointments. You can add or remove clients from your Group appointment as needed and even adjust the appointment status for each person within the Group appointment.

  1. Locate the Group appointment on the Calendar page, and click the three black dots next to it.

  2. On the ‘Group Appointment Detail’ page, you can then do any of the following:

    Add a Customer:

    a. Click the ‘+ Add a customer’ button and search for the customer’s name

    b. Click on the Customer’s name when it appears.

    c. Click the ‘Add Customer’ button to add them to the appointment.

    Delete a Customer:

    a. Click the three black dots next to a customer’s name and select ‘Delete’.

    b. A pop-up will appear to confirm if you want to remove the Customer from the appointment. Click ‘Ok’.

    Change the Appointment Status of a Customer:

    a. Click the three black dots next to a customer’s name and select ‘Status’.

    b. On the ‘Set Appointment Status’ page, click the dropdown and select from ‘Confirmed, Reschedule Requested, Canceled’.

    c. Click the ‘Set Status’ button to update the status of the Customer.

    Edit the Appointment Details:

    a. Click the ‘Edit’ button.

    b. On the ‘Edit Appointment’ page, enter the new appointment details.

    c. Scroll down and click ‘Save.’

  3. After making your changes, click on the X in the upper right corner of the ‘Group Appointment Detail’ page to keep your changes.
