You can add a Label to mark an appointment as "No-show". This is for internal use only and not visible to clients. To create a Label do the following:

  1. Go to the Settings > Labels page.

  2. Click the orange + sign to add a label to categorize your appointments.

  3. Enter No-show in the Label field.

  4. Optional: Check the 'Stop Reminders and follow-ups' box in the edit mode of the label. If you've setup follow-up messages, this will prevent them from sending for no-show appointments. (Checking this box is not required.)

  5. Click the Save button to keep your changes.

Once your Label has been created, you can now edit an appointment and add the "No-show" label as needed. To add your new Label to an appointment, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to your Calendar.

  2. Locate the appointment that needs to be updated.

  3. Click the 3 dots on the right side of the appointment, then click β€˜Edit’.

  4. At the bottom of the Edit Appointment page, select 'No-show' from the 'Label' dropdown.

  5. Click the Save button at the bottom of the appointment form to keep all changes.

After adding the Label to a no-show appointment, you can filter your calendar using this Label. This way, you easily locate all your no-shows. Here's how:

  1. Go to your Calendar.

  2. Click 'Add a filter' on the upper left corner.

  3. Select Label. Then choose the 'No-show' label.
