Our Message Sequences feature allows you to set up multiple reminder schedules for different Message Templates. Additionally, this feature also allows you to customize the number of reminders that you want to send per template.
To set up multiple reminder schedules for different Message Templates using our Message Sequences feature:
Go to the Reminder Settings page.
Click "Create New" under the "Message Sequences" section.
Enter a "Sequence Name", which you'll use to select the sequence in the Message(s) field when creating an appointment.
Choose the reminder schedule for the first reminder from the dropdown menu.
In the "Message field", select the Message Template for this reminder schedule.
Add additional reminders if you wish, and set schedules for each.
Optional: add a follow-up message
Click Save.
Repeat steps 1 to 7 for the other Message Templates you want to customize.
When creating an appointment, select the Sequence Name you created for the desired template.
