Can I manually confirm, reschedule, or cancel a customer's appointment?

You can manually change the status of an appointment on your GoReminders Calendar. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the appointment on the Calendar page, and click on it directly, or click the three black dots next to it on the Agenda view.

  2. Click ‘Status’.

  3. On the ‘Set Appointment Status’ page, click the dropdown and select ‘Confirmed, Reschedule Requested, Canceled’.

  4. Click the ‘Set Status’ button to update the status of the Customer.

If you change the appointment status to "Cancelled", succeeding appointment reminders will be stopped. The customer will not receive a text or email notification if you manually change the appointment status.

Note that all appointments, regardless of status, count toward your monthly appointment limit.
