You can use a previous blast message as a template for sending a new Message Blast. Sending a message blast to a Group of customers with the same content as a previous blast you've sent is now easier than ever. You can quickly duplicate a previous blast and customize it for your new message. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Blasts page, where you can view your previous message blasts.

  2. Click on the "Duplicate" button next to the old blast that you want to use as a template.

  3. The blast message will now be copied over from the blast you clicked into a new Message Blast.

  4. Enter a new "Blast Name".

  5. In the "Send To" field, select the recipients for your new blast.

  6. Edit the text and email version of the message in the "Message" box if needed.

  7. Click "Next" to see a preview of your new blast to ensure everything is accurate and ready to go.

  8. Click the "Next" button to proceed to the final step to confirm the number of recipients for this new blast.

  9. Finally, click the "Send Now" button to dispatch your message blast to the selected recipients.

And that's it! You've successfully sent a message blast using a previous blast as a template.
